Very thorough; everything is documented with pictures all the way down to the bathtub drain stoppers if not connected properly connected or installed; excellent customer service; reasonable rates. Using Richard for the first time and we had excellent service. He was very thorough in his work! I am pleased with the most recent inspection he performed and would recommend him again!
Wow! We were impressed and so pleased with the meticulous attention to detail, the experience and knowledge he has with which to assess the many areas of a house that need to be addressed (plumbing, AC, foundation, etc) and of course the professionalism. Richard knows it all. He inspected the house we were selling and I then reached out to him and asked him to inspect the house we made an offer on. We needed the truth about that house and knew Richard would give it to us. Ask him about the Inspection Report form he utilizes. We had never seen anything like it before. It’s a powerful, effective tool you can use to negotiate with. Obviously, we’d recommend him highly.
Richard has completed 2 separate inspections for me. Having used other inspectors in the area previously, I will use GHI exclusively in the future. The attention to detail, utilization of technology, and thoroughness are what separate Richard from other inspectors in the area.
