Hired General Inspectors of Albuquerque to do a home inspection for me. I was present during the inspection. Joe and the team of inspectors were AWESOME!! Very thorough inspection through the entire house and VERY willing to explain ANYTHING! Definitely won my business and will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone needing their type of services.
Having tried different trading platform , my last experience with MRS ELIZABETH BAYS is the best ever, I traded with $500 and within a week i made profit of $6,500 and to my greatest surprise no extra charge was paid for my withdrawal. So I recommend MRS ELIZABETH BAYS platform for effective trade to every one her deatails below.
Amazing trading platform, quick withdrawal I have been using this platform together with the most recommended forex strategy on the internet from Mrs Hailey Madison and so far i have no complaints making $7000-$15000 on a weekly basis she is great and i am thankful i was lucky enough to have met her.
General Home Inspectors is simply the best! I’ve worked with them for 14 years now and could not ask for a better inspection partner! Joe and his crew get the job done and take great care of clients.
I purchased a home at the end of 2019 and used their services. I got two gentleman to come out. they were nice but they did not do a throughout inspection. My house was a renovation so I knew it was not going to be perfect but there were 3 things I thought they should’ve pointed out on my report. —The dryer vents were clogged with YEARS of hard as a rock lint that cost me $200 to clean. This should’ve been checked because the house had no appliances so the vents were free of obstruction to inspect. — The shower water was a weird dark red Almost black color every time we opened it. I remember pointing that out to the inspector and he dismissed it saying “the house has been empty for a while, it will go away once you live here”. By this time we had opened it several times and this nasty water kept coming out each time on both bathrooms, I mentioned this to him again and he again just said it would go away on its own. This ended up being a lazy plumber’s work during the renovation using gas pipe for the shower instead of galvanized or water designed pipe tubes. It cost us money to fix that as well. Lastly, the AC/heater vents don’t work for the back rooms. There’s no connection. This is also going to come out of our pocket to fix. We trusted them and were disappointed. We only went with them because our realtor recommended them but I would never recommend to anyone else. Im giving them two stars and not one because of how friendly they were but at the end of the day, that’s not what you’re paying for.
I would highly recommend NOT hiring this company. We recently purchased a house after a previous buyer’s financing fell through. Since their inspection was less than a month old from a seemingly reputable company we accepted their report. I’ve been in this house less than 48 hours and have needed to drop thousands on a hot water heater and other out of code plumbing issues. The plumber noted the unsafe venting and a gas leak within seconds. I am unsure how they even tested the hot water tank which they noted as “good working condition” as the pilot light was out and the caretaker says it has been off for over a year. The boiler which was noted in “good working condition though aged” is completely shot and non repairable. The repairman spent over an hour trying to get it unseized. This is not a boiler that was operational a month ago for a test. It will also need to be replaced. I’ve bought and sold many houses. I know that inspectors can’t catch everything and I don’t expect them to, but two major systems completely shot the day I move in?
