We needed a quick turnaround time and someone to be very precise in any possible issues with the home. Gene was on time, professional and really knowlegeable. Even more valuable to us; helpful. He took the time to answer all of our small questions about things in the home and to explain the process of what he was doing. He answered far more questions than we have been able to get answered by anyone else (Like how the water pump works.) We greatly appreciated the friendly and what felt like very personalized service. Can’t recommend enough. We were also surprised by the very reasonable cost for the inspections!
we highly recommend this company. Gene was friendly, professional, and thorough. Our new home is 3100 square feet, so attention to detail is the most important thing. We didn’t want to get surprised by any issues after we move-in. Gene checked all the boxes, and was meticulous and hardworking. He gained my trust by getting to the property before I arrived. Gene was helpful by pointing out things that may cause a problem in the future, as well as issues that needed immediate attention. Outstanding!
