This is the second time our family has used GeoInspections and both times we were very satisfied. Bret is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything in detail so you are able to make an informed decision on your home purchase and if any repairs are needed. Great, friendly guy. He did two inspections for us and did a pretty good job. He did miss the wood rot on the deck that collapsed within less than 24 hours of us moving into the home, but other than that he was very thorough.
