Gerard Home Inspection

Gerard completed a home inspection on the 100+ year old house I am purchasing. The Gerard team was extremely easy to work with and responded quickly to all of my questions. Corbin completed the home inspection and I couldn’t have asked for a better inspector. He was thorough, knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything he found. This is definitely the oldest home I’ve ever purchased but I feel confident that I know exactly what to expect upon move in thanks to Gerard and their awesome team. Highly recommend!

They made the process very simple and easy to understand for a new home owner like myself. Luke was very helpful breaking down issues he found in the house. My inspection was over at 10:30am and I had my full inspection report at 12:04pm the same day! Very impressed and would recommend to anyone!

I have used Gerard Home Inspection twice and have been very satisfied both times. The first house I ended up not purchasing because of the home inspection. I think that’s about all that you can ask for of a home inspection. Very professional. My inspector explained everything clearly and answered all questions I had.
