Gingles Inspections

My name is Alex Gingles and I am honored to be your home inspector.  I love being an inspector because I am able to help others pursue their dream of owning a home.  The main purpose of a home inspector is to help the home buyer better understand the systems of their home, discover defects in the home, and educate & direct the buyer towards their next steps in resolving the defects.  When my wife and I purchased our first home, our inspector did not live up to his purpose.  This experience is the beginning of what led me into a career of inspecting homes.

I share this adventure with my wife, and two kids – Nikki, Ren & Lorelei.  We serve our local church and put our faith in Jesus Christ.  We love camping, hiking, adventuring, overlanding, and the mountains.  I am a guitarist and am attempting to learn the pedal steel guitar.  Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve you and your family.
