Golden State Inspections

Golden State Inspections sent me Joe Shisler (home inspector) and all I can say is that I’m fully satisfied in his work in inspecting the house that I will be buying. He makes sure to inspect every corner of the house in a detailed and precise way. He went into the ceiling despite the high temperatures outside (109 degrees) and continued to conduct his inspection and took pictures. He gave me all the information and suggestions that can help me in the future. He exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him. I’m glad I got to work with Joe Shisler.

This inspection reporter is dangerous very poorly preformed missing just about every hazard and construction problem insight . Water damage, floating walls and electrical cords running all over the place.. Its impossible to miss EVERYTHING ! They put my family at risk and i would not recommend this company to any one. Ive provided pictures to them and they won’t even return my email. Now I’ve posted the pics for you to see.. Plenty more images..Remember than won’t even return your email if something goes wrong ..Stay away , save your money..
