We work directly for you – the client. Our job is to ensure that you understand every item that is reported and our job does not end after the report is completed. Derek is the best! He was really responsive and his report was extremely detailed. When the owners of my prospective home reached out to him he even contacted me to get my permission to speak with them regarding his report. He was also available to answer any questions I had about his report. Really couldn’t have asked for more!
