The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. I called on a Sunday and scheduled an appointment for the next day which was Labor Day. Normally I would call the well known big home inspection company but I decided to give this company a call since he’s local and it goes directly to his cell phone. His price is cheaper than others since it’s not bound by company’s pricing and we negotiated a fair price based on the size of the house. He took is time and pointed out major and minor details of the inspection. Three hours later, he finished his inspection and He emailed me the report later several hours later. I would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him on future projects and real estate clients. I am a real estate agent and home investor.

I honestly cannot say enough nice things about GoldenEye. I truly found a gem here. Derek was friendly and professional from our very first phone call before I even hired them. He happily answered my list of questions and encouraged me to ask more. I also loved that he was genuinely pleased when I asked if I could walked through with him as he did the inspection, which I did. He was beyond punctual and was at the property before I even arrived and was ready to go. He was extremely meticulous with the inspection and even took a look at a few extra things for me. He answered any questions I asked him as he conducted the inspection and explained things that he was doing in detail when I asked. As if that wasn’t enough, we couldn’t get into a particular area I was simply curious about, so he offered to go back to the property the following day to look at it for me. Case in point, Derek is amazing!! This is truly top notch service. I will definitely be using GoldenEye in the future and will be recommending them to my friends & family. Thank you so much Derek!!!

Derek was fantastic to work with! Throughout the inspection he was checking in with me and my partner to make sure we understood all of the items. He provided a very detailed report that has our purchase and sales agreement a breeze to get through. Would 100% recommend!!
