He was very easy to communicate with, he was on time for the inspection, and very professional. He made our first home inspection enjoyable & made us feel more comfortable with our decision. He took about two hours to inspect the whole property, so yes he is very thorough. Nothing went unnoticed! He pays very close attention to detail. I didn’t have to worry about taking notes because he was so on top of it. He will for sure give you a detailed report. As a first time home buyer, fishing for prices or who to choose may be stressful, but if I were to buy 10 more houses I would have him inspect every single one without a doubt.
