Julius was very professional and thorough in the inspection. As a first-time homeowner, I had several questions that Julius answered and appreciated that he walked me through some of the immediate issues he show as he was inspecting the property. He even went above and beyond and showed me the locations of the water and gas shutoffs – that I will hopefully never have to use. The best part of it all is that I received a very detailed report with pictures and video less than 24 hours after my inspection!
