Ethan was fantastic right from the first phone call and straight through the process. We just purchased our first home for sale by owner, no realtor involved found the house by our selves did all the negotiating with the seller. We went to see the house loved it got little history on it by owner and start looking for the good house inspector. Done some research on google read some reviews on Goodkind Property Inspection had the most reviews. So we decide to give them the call. I talked to Ethan on the phone made appointment to come and check the house. Few days later as scheduled he showed up and went trough the house. He spend 4 to 5 hours going trough everything possible in the house I mean literally everything. The owner was little bit hastened to turn natural gas on for the inspection. So Ethan couldn’t inspect the water heater and boiler. It took us two weeks to negotiate with the seller to turn on the gas. Not mention it that Ethan took upon himself to contact the seller to allows him to finish what we paid him for. Finely owner decided to get gas turned on. Ethan come back and managed to finish what we paid him for at no extra cost. Our experience with Ethan was more than we expected it was beyond wow effect. For all of you who are looking for the house inspector this is your guy.
His level of detail in inspection was very appreciated. Along with his professionalism he was also very willing to answer questions and give advice along the way. He went above and beyond heading into the woods to find a meter and refunding a water test fee that we didn’t end up needing. I would recommend him to any house buyer in and around the Stowe area.
