Sean did an amazing job in our Home inspection for our 1 Year Builder Warranty coming up. Very thorough, detailed, and clear in his explanation after he was done. Report came in same day of the inspection and was very detailed and clear as well. He reported things we would never expect which we are glad to get them picked up so our builder can get them fixed and corrected. Excellent all around and would highly recommend 100% again!

I hired this company to do a One Year Warranty Inspection for New builds, and reason why I gave a 5 star would be because of Sean. I’ve call about 15+ other inspection company for quotes, and he was the only one that shows true integrity. Others sounded monotone while Sean showed he really care in the quality of his work. He gave me a list of things to make sure the other inspectors do, even if I didn’t go with them, to make sure I get proper inspection.
