these clowns came for what was supposed to be an “inspection”. but used it as a family affair and snuck buyers in with kids and friends for a surprise unscheduled “showing” instead. They left my patio doors unlocked so wind blew them open in a storm and soaked my carpet. VERY unprofessional! Definitely NOT IMPRESSED!

Vince did a very thorough inspection, and I loved the video meet up option for the follow up/ walkthrough.

The inspection was very detailed and the inspector, Vince, took the time to go over everything with me in person at the house. I work construction and took the company owner through the home and he pointed out everything that he saw. Then Going through the inspection with Vince, he saw the same things at my boss did with over 30years building experience. I recommend this company to anyone who wants more than the generic baseline home inspection. His inspection gave me the detailed information to come to a new purchase agreement after the inspection.
