Great Britton Home Inspection

I had Dennis and Great Britton do multiple inspections on both our personal home and a rental property in Fargo. Beyond being responsive and prompt prior to the inspection, his work throughout the inspection was top notch. We spent multiple hours at each property, and he did a great job explaining his work as we went. He was exceptionally thorough and was able to help my wife and I narrow down which property was right for us. I know that we saved a ton of money by using Dennis and avoiding some of the problems that his inspections exposed. If you want to have the best information about a property before you purchase it, Dennis is the way to go. More than that, he’s a great guy and just easy to work with. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

He arrived prior to appointment time and was ready to go when I showed up. Had zero issues explaining what he was looking for and made sure to point out when he found something that requires attention. Really put me at ease for the property I was looking to purchase knowing that it was structurally sound and wasn’t posing any immediate concerns.
