I used Ric Fletcher twice for home inspections. First time he was super helpful and communicated well with us. The second time he answered his phone once and an email once, and agreed to do a water and septic test that we needed. He took the water sample and ghosted us, the bank, and the realtors. I would be happy to say I had a good experience if he would just give us a refund. Completely unprofessional!! I have to get another person to complete this test because it’s holding up our VA mortgage. **UPDATE** I emailed Ric and demanded a refund and he sent me the results that he received 2 weeks prior. I was able to cancel my inspection through the other company. I still would not use this company again.
