I highly recommend Green Point Home Inspections and would use them again, when needed. Communication was excellent from start to finish. John was on time (early, actually) and explained his process to me. He inspected every inch of my home, from roof to crawl space and everywhere in between. He took pictures of everything so that even if there wasn’t a problem, at least I would have a base line to refer to in the future.
John made it easy! He was very thorough and offered me lots of information on what to focus on and how to maintain this older gem I’ve bought. He was also friendly and invited any questions I had. His report was also excellent. I couldn’t have asked for more! Thanks again, John!
