Sam did an excellent, detailed job of evaluating the house and gave a very thorough report both in person and written. His attention to detail was very much appreciated. We received our report the next day. We would recommend this business to our friends and family.
She was very informative and patient in answering all my questions. I hired them to conduct a Home and Mold Inspection. I was able to secure an appointment that worked with my schedule. The day of the inspection we met Erick, the inspector, who was punctual and very professional. We let Erick complete the inspection and once completed, he reviewed a few key items with my husband. The company uses up to date technology needed to complete the inspections.
I am purchasing my first home and the inspector was very detailed in his inspection and took the time to show me different things that were listed in the report. He also explained some of the technical details of the report or what may have caused certain issues. I will definitely be recommending them to people I know and keeping their information to use in the future.
