Pleasant customer service, but shoddy home inspections. Jerry Pickholtz of Greenlight Home Inspections in Maryland was recommended by our realtor, and in hindsight I should have researched and found my own. After purchasing the house and living in it a year, I realize he really didn’t do a close inspection. He failed to catch major problems with the roof and plumbing. While he did identify a couple significant issues, they were fairly obvious: the chimney flashing and mortar were in bad condition and needed to be fixed, and the attic insulation was compacted, showing signs of past water infiltration. That was largely by way of his drone that he flies over the roof to take photos.
Very responsive, professional, detailed and honest. Great experience. Would definitely recommend!
Mr. Jerry put me at ease because I’m a first time homebuyers. He gave quality service that you can appreciate!!! Thank you Greenlight !!!
