After one house fell out of contract, I went under contract on another one days later.This meant I had hired GreyStone for not 1 but 2 inspections. Tanner was my inspector for both of them and he was thorough, kind and went out of his way to answer any questions I had each time. (Tanner if you see this and want to grab drinks, I’m your girl!) The communication with GreyStone was great the entire time, from appointment reminders, online payment options, follow up, etc. I got my inspection report by the same afternoon both times which was great!

We called GreyStone to inspect a new home that we were purchasing. They were able to easily accomodate a time that worked for both of us within our 10 day inspection period. The owner, Zach, arrived earlier than our scheduled 8:00am appointment time. He had already spoken to the owner and started on an extensive exterior evaluation. Afterward, he proceeded inside and thoroughly tested EVERYTHING. He spent well over 3 hours, and completed a comprehensive investigation both inside and out. He even took the time to answer any questions we had along the way. Per our request and due to being pressed on time in getting back to the seller, we asked if we could have the report as quickly as possible. Zach made sure that we had his report that evening. All of his findings were written up in detail. His proficiency helped us easily translate that information back to the seller to work on resolutions. We were extremely pleased with this overall experience and trust that his knowledge and expertise saved us future problems.
