Guardian Angel Inspections Inc, is based out of Royal Palm Beach and is a family operated multi-inspector company serving Southeast Florida. We are licensed and insured to perform numerous types of property inspections including: new construction inspection (draw inspections), resale home inspection, FHA certification inspection, four point insurance inspection and windstorm mitigation inspection.

Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, they were able to come the next day. Elaine, the scheduler was very friendly and took the time to explain all of the services offered, recommending what was needed at a minimum, as well as well as what was recommended due to the age of the home. Pricing was fair, competitive, and transparent. Juan, the inspector showed up on time, explained what access he needed and got on with his work. At the end of the inspection, he highlighted what he found. We received the detailed report on the same day. Great experience!

I hired this company to inspect my home i was purchasing. They passed the inspecction. After I moved in I have had several problems that should have been found by the inspection company. the dryer and diswaher were not connected properly And had to have someone come out to connect them properly. The garbage disposal went out 1 month after I moved in. The a/c condenser is 13 years old and the air handler was mismatched and was 16 years old. The are handler ducts were held together with tape and glue and were smaller than the air handler. The electric disconnect box was rusted away and deteriorating it had to be replaced. I had to spend $6,000 on a new a/c unit . air handler , and disconnecct box . I also had water damage in the ceiling of my bathroom due to the major leak from the air handler. All this just after a few months of purchasing the home. Lindstrom and several other a/c companies that came to give me a qoute were amazed that they would even pass an inspection with the condition the a/c was in.

The person sent by the company was excellent, his name is Randy.He was very calm and payed attention to every detail even the AC was bad.Highly recommend this company.
