Deryck is probably one of the best home inspector in the area. Before I called Deryck I tried calling two other inspectors one was to busy and the guy didn’t answer or called back in a timely matter and thanks for that. Deryck explain to me in the state of Michigan home inspectors do not have to be licensed or certified and deryck is one of the few guys that are bolth with over 8000 home inspection under his belt. He inspected every inch of my potential new home in the end sending me a very detailed report. Deryck really knows his stuff and the guy to go with.
Deryck was very knowledgeable and showed us everything that wasn’t up to code as well as what it would take to correct the issue. He was very informative on every issue from plumbing to roofing and everything in between. Every question we had, he was able to answer. We will use guardian home inspection going forward with every home purchase we make!
