Guardian Inspection

We asked the sellers to replace the roof, and we had Guardian Inspection do a second inspection. We came home one day after a heavy rain to find a puddle between the laundry and the family room. We knew that the water coming into the laundry room came from the fireplace. Jennifer, my wife, was home during a torrential downpour and heard water droplets coming from the fireplace. She also noticed that the ashes had become wet. We thought that water was leaking from the baseboards and the wall surrounding the fireplace.

Leonard answered my questions without digression or redirection. He did not criticize other professionals and used no scare tactics or pressure when describing inspections of different types (mould, termite , infrared ). I was present at the inspection and had many questions.

He was a professional and thorough inspector who was very accommodating with my schedule. He was very thorough and professional in his inspection.
