When I worked with Gulf Coast Inspection I had a very positive experience. They explained stuff to me in detail, what needed be done, and were very honest and open with me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Don’t do it! This guy missed all sorts of easy-to-see plumbing issues that have cost me thousands to repair. Simple rusted pipes that plumbers easily see. And when I asked for my money back because his inspection was so poor, he got nasty about it. Do yourself a favor, hire a plumber and a carpenter to go under any house you’re about to buy. Home inspectors are only worried about not screwing up the deal. They don’t work for you and this guy doesn’t care.
