I worked in the home mortgage industry for 25 yrs and dealt with many home inspectors but none more professional, friendly and thorough than Jimmy when I needed an inspection for my own home purchase. Communication was unparalleled and refreshing. He called back exactly when he said he would, he would text if he couldn’t take the call because he doesn’t allow his work to be interrupted or distracted. He did everything when he said he would, how nice is that? And of course his inspection report was thorough, precise and was delivered the same day of inspection which is unheard of. He explained everything in detail and remains available for questions and follow up. I’m rambling on but when someone takes this much pride in a service they provide, I feel it’s worth me spending the time to acknowledge it.
I was very pleased with the professional inspection Jimmy did for our new home. He provided a thorough report with photos, explaining every issue. I would definitely use H.I.S. again and highly recommend.
