My home inspection service is designed for you. My goal is to help the home buyer understand the components and systems of each home, how these systems work and what their current condition is.

The decision to buy a home is one of the biggest investments most people will make. Its easy to feel rushed and a bit overwhelmed by all the pressures of the home buying process. My role as your inspector is to minimize the stress of the home inspection and help you understand how it should factor into the home purchase decision.

Bert performed a professional inspection in a timely manner. He was very thorough throughout the process. He even offered to return and finish the inspection once we had the water turned on. A report was generated within 24 hours of the inspection. I would highly recommend Bert for someone who needs a good quality inspection.

Can’t recommend highly enough for home inspection services. Absolutely fantastic experience. Bert was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and took plenty of time to answer all questions we had. He used state of the art technology and provided an excellent and detailed report.

Bert from Haddon Home Inspection Services just completed a home inspection for us. We were so impressed with his diligence and professionalism. It was 100 degrees out and the house had no utilities on. He never complained and just went to work immediately. He was very thorough and talked with us in such a helpful way. We are so thankful we hired Bert to do our inspection. We received a detailed report the very next day. We really felt like he had our best interest in mind and our report will be so helpful to us. To top it off, he is one of the nicest professionals we have met in a long time – a true pleasure to do business with. I would refer him in a heart beat to anyone!
