Julian was the first home inspector I ever used for my first buyers and I have been using him ever since. He is very through, he has excellent tools, is great at finding and explaining issues to clients and his reports are easy to read, have pictures, and are very detailed. on top of all that he can give you and energy audit of your home to save you money and make your home more resource efficient. If you find yourself in need of a home inspection please don’t go with some company like HomeGuard, pick Julian, owner and inspector of Halcyon. He is the best!

We hired Julian to perform a home inspection for a condo we are buying. He provided a very in depth and impressive 38 page report which included photos and a description of everything he found. Buying a new home in Santa Rosa and we needed a home inspection. After some research online we settled on Halcyon. He arrived early, answered all of my wife’s questions, and did a through job. He told us we would have the report by the next day, yet he exceeded that and had it in our email box that night. Report was detailed, pictures for all key areas and anything with concerns.
