Hd Home Inspections

Ben Davenport called as he was leaving Alex City to let me know he was in route, arrived on time, and very informative ! He explained to me how to care for the fireplace, what to burn and what not to burn. Used the drone to inspect the cap on top and explained what he found. There was no dust or debris left in or around the fireplace when he left. Very polite and really enjoyed talking to Ben ! I will definitely be using this young man again for our chimney cleaning and inspection.

The awesome inspection that he did on my home! He has shown me area in my hoe that need it to be taken care of if I want to sale m home and get a good price for it.

I highly recommend anyone buying a new or older home to have Russell inspect the home. He was able to identify problems with the home that, if dealt with early on, could save on major repairs in the future.

Russell is absolutely amazing. He always arrived ahead of the appointment time. He is so detailed and conducts thorough inspection from roof & attic all the way to the crawl space. His eagle eye caught minor and major construction mistakes. F.g. Russell crawled the house we are buying twice to locate the water pressure reducing valve. His inspection report is one of the best I have ever read, which consists of detailed photos, descriptions and repair recommendations. It was so pleasant to meet Russell in person too. He showed us the issues one by one and explained them to us in the way that we could understand easily. Most importantly, Russell has gained 100% trust from us!!!
