Headz Up Home Inspectors
I am an independent, veteran owned, licensed Home Inspection business, located in Fairmont, West Virginia. In 2012 after discharging from active duty I began my venture to becoming a licensed home inspector. Headz Up Home Inspections officially got its start in 2013 after completion of the required 80 hour training class and applicable filings with the state regulatory agencies.
In 2014, I became a member of the West Virginia Association of Home Inspectors (WVAHI) and International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi) in 2015. Also became a certified Radon tester through National Radon Safety Board (NRSB) and West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR). Completed the 24 credit hour Mold/Advanced Mold Inspection training and became member of the International Association of Certified Air Cosultants (IAC2). Graduated from Farimont State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and possess vocational certificate in Basic Electricity.
Great experience with this company.
I scheduled a mold inspection, and Todd was able to schedule it quickly and get me the results less than a week after the inspection was done. He was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Headz Up Home Inspections!
Todd spent nearly four hours doing my home inspection before we purchased home. He also conducted mold and radon testing for us. He is extremely knowledgable, thorough, and professional. His report saved us $$, as we used it as basis to ask seller to complete several items as part of final negotiations. He’s also friendly and was eager to help guide me/instruct me on any question I raised re: repairs and/or home maintenance.
