After the inspection, you will receive a digital report sent to you that can be used to start a “Remedy Request List”. Buyers can send this to their realtor.

Troy was very helpful and thorough with his inspection. As first time homebuyers, we didn’t know what exactly to expect during the inspection. I feel Troy took that into consideration and took the time to explain and show us what he found. He was also very helpful and patient in answering any questions we had. The report that he gave to us was wonderful as well, complete with pictures that helped clarify the narrative.
Brandon was very flexible in scheduling the inspection (on short notice) and arrived 15-20 minutes early and was very thorough with his inspection. He walked us through the results and findings in-person to make sure we understood what each issue was and how to correct it. He was also very quick to provide the inspection report, and since he walked us through each issue on-site, nothing in the report was a surprise, which was great.
