It is nice to know there is someone out there that tells you what u need too hear not what u want to hear. Buying ur 1st home is stressful especially in today’s market I was in over my head on a home it was going at 285 I bidded on it and I was actually not out bidded I got it at 300,000 but after inspections from health homes finding bad foundation and a couple other minor problems that the bank appraisals didn’t catch I was able to get out the deal now that home sold for 183,000 but it’s amazing to think if I didn’t have someone trust worthy inspect i could have been stuck in a horrible situation don’t trust your realtors inspector find your own and I recommend Health Home Inspection

Donn was amazing! He made the home inspection part of buying a home such a breeze! Right off the bat I knew he was a great choice. From the moment I called him to inquire about pricing to inspection day, I was impressed with his professionalism, kind manner, and positive attitude. He was very communicative and easy to reach before, during, and after the inspection. He showed up on time, and performed a very thorough inspection. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Don is amazing!! He is thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and truly looks out for the buyer when they are purchasing a home. I cannot thank him enough for his help with the inspection of our new home purchase, not to mention that he helped me after we took ownership of the home (to troubleshoot a problem) when we were moving in. Thank you so much Don! You are a home inspection genius, and all around good guy!! 👍👍
