Heart Of Georgia Home Inspections realizes that the purchase of a home is probably the largest and most exciting investment you will ever make. It is difficult to remove any emotional attachment you may have for a home due to it’s location, style, setting, etc. A home inspection will help you learn as much as you can about the property you are considering buying in an effort to help you make a more informed decision as a buyer.

My wife and I hired Heart of Georgia Home Inspections for the new home we were purchasing in Warner Robins. The owner, Mr. Cubbage went through the entire house (interior and exterior) and encouraged me to follower him around as he performed the inspection. He took the time to explain in detail everything he was checking and every issue he found. He provided a report that explained every item he looked at and listed every defect and deficiency noted with a detailed description. I left the inspection having gained valuable knowledge about my new home. I would recommend Heart of

I recently was in the process of purchasing a home and I reached out my Mr. Cubbage to perform my inspection. During the inspection, he would briefly explain everything and answered every question I had. He took plenty of pictures and presented it in a report. Once it was time for closing and all the repairs were finished, he came back and did a final walk through to check and make sure we didn’t miss anything. He did an awesome job! He was very professional. Any questions I had he had answers and was very prompt about responding to emails and returning calls.
