The goal with every inspection is to insure that clients are well informed, prepared and confident in their home purchase.
I encourage my clients to be present at the inspection so that we can discuss any findings and allow them to become familiar with the property. You are welcome to follow me during the entire inspection and ask any questions that you may have. If you are not able to attend the inspection, reports are clear and concise, with multiple photos, descriptions and a summary for quick reference.
