This is our second time using Heartland and we couldn’t recommend them enough. Each time the inspector was friendly, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. We learn so much about even the smallest items and feel able to make confident decisions based on the report issued.
Nick was great, punctual, thorough and responsive to questions. Follow-through was amazing. We had some issues that required contingencies on the purchase and Heartland Inspections was involved in the back and forth with the sellers and our realtor to ensure everything was done to code. I was impressed by that because it all got resolved with little effort on our part. Very appreciated!
I spent a lot of time researching home inspection companies before finally deciding to go with Heartland Inspections. I’m happy to report that I had a great experience! From my initial contact, they were very responsive and able to get me in ASAP during the contingency period, Dave performed my pre-move home inspection and he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. His finalized report had great pictures and details that explained both things that should be taken care of ASAP, in addition to items that he would recommend upgrading or having checked out at my convenience after taking ownership of the home.
You could tell Chris was really passionate about what he does. We are first time home buyers and he went above and beyond with his services. I HIGHLY recommend!
Absolutely outstanding! This young man is exceptional because of the following: + Very knowledgeable and has the ability to listen without interruption AND then thoroughly explain answers. Would make a great teacher or instructor. + With his wonderful personality and enthusiasm, you feel he “really” loves his work…and wants you to know how important the information he is providing is to having the house condition accurately and honestly presented to the buyer. “Keep this dude with your company, for sure”.
The inspection report was thorough and detailed, with helpful pictures and specific pointers. My inspector was Brett, who was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was patient as I asked tons of questions. He was able to be both professional and very frank as we were talking about the house. I felt like he really gave me all of his attention and wasn’t rushed at all. As a first-time buyer, this was really appreciated.
