We recently just bought a house and I was recommended Logan twice; my coworker gave me his name as did my realtor. I have heard some people say their inspectors didn’t do much but I feel like we were very lucky to have worked with Heritage Home. He picked up the phone right away, was very willing to work around my schedule, and booked us an appointment for within two days which is great considering you usually have to have the inspection done within 10 days. The price was average, not too high and not too cheap. As for the inspection, he showed up on time and was very nice. Friendly enough to have small chat with but without lagging behind in what he is there to do. He even found some floor rot in one of the rooms that we had completely overlooked. I am one of those people who constantly reads reviews before making a decision but I don’t typically leave reviews. Most of the time everyone is so quick to leave one if they had a bad experience so I am leaving one to show the opposite.

We were referred to Logan at Heritage Home Inspection during the purchase of our home. He was very easy to get a hold of and was able to fit our inspection in during the time slot that worked for us. His inspection was extremely thorough. He sat down and reviewed everything with us after he finished and provided us a very detailed report. He was also very helpful in providing his knowledge answering questions I had about some features of the home that I was not familiar with. Highly recommend!!!
