There is no more conscientious and/or intelligent whole house inspector in our Topeka area market.

Best inspector out there. Very thorough with whole house inspections. If u get anyone else your not doing yourself a favor trust me.

Absolutely worst experience we’ve ever had with a so called professional in any field. Not only Stepped way out of his limited knowledge area and just guessed and/or assumed and was insanely picky. Annoyingly seemed proud of the power he has. There is doing a job and there is being a you know what. Left a mess and some issues from lack of professionalism …. Assuming there could be an underlining benefit somewhere because entire thing was so out of any norm. Just had it reinspected and an engineer Go over it. All opposing results. Sure think they should at least have a license not just a certificate and some education. A suspension or title revoked assuming he even has one Would be fair. Avoid him and the realtor combo at all costs
