My tank is serviced four times a year. Heritage Pumping is the 3rd service company I have used since moving to Pembroke. I am 200% satisfied with Heritage and will remain a loyal customer. The employees in the office as well as the gentleman that service my tank are courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Heritage Pumping is great company and great staff. I used them for my septic system maintenance. Last year, With their help I replaced a leaking pipe for my septic tank. I now have a peace of mind.

They are knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them to a neighbor before I knew it half my neighborhood was having their septic tank pumped the same day.

Used Heritage for a septic system drainage and was very satisfied with the service. The price was good compared to competitors and the gentleman who serviced us was very professional and informative. It was my first time getting this done and I knew nothing about it. He was happy to answer all my questions and give me advice on how to take care of it. He also went out of his way to make sure I was using any discounts that were available. I didn’t take any of the discounts because the price was already fair and what they do is not exactly a pleasant job. They deserve every penny of it. Will definitely use Heritage again!

Great experience starting from initial service booking with Cheri. Very professional and helpful. Septic tank pumped and riser installed. Technician was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Wanted to shout out to Heritage Pumping for a great experience! I shopped around for local septic companies to pump out my system and Heritage came in with most competitive price and shortest lead time. On top of that, the customer service was stellar! The friendly staff at the office provided a clear understanding of the scheduling and reminder process. The driver/operator Zack was a great kid! He was friendly personable and gave me some great tips on caring for my system and timeframe for future pumping. He also recognized my veteran plate and applied the veteran’s discount to my bill. I highly recommend this company for their great customer service!
