The general home inspection is a comprehensive home inspection that covers all major systems of the home covered in the ASHI Standards of Practice. This is including but not limited to: Roofs, Exterior and Grading, Attics and Insulation, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Interior, and Foundations. This service typically lasts 3-4 hours on site with an inspection report guaranteed within 24 hours of completion of inspection. Inspection reports include HD photos and Videos with descriptive comments attached.

Contacted Hero to do a home inspection for my investors. They were dissatisfied with the lack of attention to certain issues that resulted in an excessive amount of repairs.
He made sure that I understood everything he was inspecting; taking me through the process step by step. He answered all questions I had and made it a point to work in more detail for questions I didn’t even know to ask. Professionally he is an outstanding owner/inspector; having shown up early to begin inspection at the set time. Also, as he is a firefighter and trained medic, he brings more to the inspection than just you’re standard inspector, as he goes that extra step with identifying every possible safety concern to make sure that you, and your family, become familiar with every detail of the home.
The inspection lasted about 4 hours and a report was delivered same day. Very pleased. They also offer discounts for military and first-responders.
He was on time, professional, and produced an extremely detailed report. The price was very fair. We would highly recommend Hero Home inspection !
