Both my husband and I are incredibly impressed with Dempsey’s comprehensive, detailed and professional report. He exceeded our expectations in every way.FAST AND EFFICIENTExtremely quick and responsive to our calls, texts and emails (which, when buying a home, swiftness is key). I know he is in high demand and his schedule stays full, but we lucked out and he was able to perform our inspection pronto! Within just a couple of hours of completing the inspection, he emailed us our report. Although he was quick and responsive with communication, he took his time during inspection. So important!

Dempsey is fantastic! He is very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue at my home (found small leak and mold issue), and gave me a detailed explanation. He showed pictures which he went over with me and later sent to my email along with his report. He gave me very helpful suggestions on the next steps to take. Since I was very concerned about the presence of mold he gave me peace of mind and reassurance that the problem is minor and can be easily resolved. I highly recommend Herrin Home Inspection!
