Hess Home Inspection

Any of my family/friends that need their home inspected ,I will refer them to Ryan, because he does a phenomenal job! He does a very good job explaining and pointing things out. 100% recommend

We used Hess Home Inspection for a duplex acquisition as an investment property. Ryan helped us so much in saving money by pin pointing all the problems we might face by acquiring the property that we were able to go back to re-negotiate the sales price and have the seller complete some repairs before closing. The inspection was completed on time at a very reasonable cost. Ryan did a thorough inspection, met with me to go over his findings and then posted detailed results online a couple of hours later.
