Your Home Inspector should arrive on time and prepared.
You should have already received a copy of the Pre-Inspection Agreement and had adequate time to review & sign it. If not, you should review the Agreement with your Inspector and ask any questions you may have before the inspection begins.
The inspector will begin a visual inspection of the readily accessible areas, components & systems of the building from the roof to the foundation.

Russell responded to me promptly and was able to accommodate a full day of inspections for the three homes on the property. Every inspection was incredibly detailed with images of everything, highlighting the major areas to address as well as the small details for over time. This is my 12th property I’ve purchased over the years so I’ve worked with many inspectors across 4 states. Russell is definitely one of the best and he walked me through each one over the phone since I had not moved to the area yet. Call him without any concerns as he is not just a licensed home inspector like many but understands contracting as well.

We went under contract with a property and were in need of an inspector. I did not personally know an inspector so one was recommended to me by my realtor. I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied that Hews was that inspection company. Russ showed up when he said he would and did a most thorough inspection, going above and beyond what we had expected or paid for. I would highly recommend Russ and Hews Home Inspections for your next home inspection.

We needed a home inspection and didn’t have any contact. Our realtor gave us several names and we pick Hews as it seemed a local company with good reviews. I couldn’t be more happy with the choice we made. Hews was thorough in all the inspection. The report was excellent and he took the time to review the whole report point by point. He also checked all the points we mentioned as we were not sure about thing. We are very pleased with the service and we totally recommend him.
