I hired Lori to do a home inspection on a home I was hoping to purchase. She was very responsive, professional, and thorough. At the end of the inspection, she took the time to answer all my questions, point out major and minor issues around the home, and explained which items might need immediate attention and which things were normal features of a home. She also delivered a detailed, easy-to-understand report. The inspection was well worth the money even though I didn’t buy the house. Her inspection helped me see there were too many issues to tackle. I will definitely go to her for any future inspections, and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home or just looking for all the minor things that often go unnoticed as time goes on.

So, I just want to explain that Lori is a very punctual person when an appointment is set. We hired Lori to conduct a home inspection on a home that we were thinking of buying. With the market the way it is we had to act quickly with a home inspection. She made it a priority to set up an appt for the next day. She didn’t cut any corners when doing the inspection though. She knows that when conducting an inspection she needs to be thorough and not to miss anything. Even though she is not buying our house, it seems like she was doing an inspection like it was her house. We were in constant communication. She answered all of my questions. I actually asked her to come back out to the house and explain some of the areas of concern. She gladly came out to the property I was buying the same day to explain. I felt completely comfortable with her inspection. She was detailed and very thorough with the home inspection report and went through every line item with me and my partner. My realtor even said she was more thorough than many of the inspectors he has seen in the past. Lori was awesome! She inspected a condo I was buying, and did a very thorough job. She showed up to our meeting a little early so that she could have a chance to check out the outside of the building and get a better feel for the space. I felt good knowing that she was going above and beyond to look out for me as her client. During the inspection, she was very thorough. She also took the time to carefully explain different things to me (what the issues were, what it would take to get them fixed, things I could do myself vs needing to hire someone to help, etc.). This was my first time buying a property, so there was a lot I didn’t know and she helped give me confidence in my purchase. Based on her inspection, I was able to negotiate a lower price for the property. Hiring HHeR gave me a GREAT ROI. Can’t recommend highly enough!
