Chris did an excellent job for us once again! He was able to quickly get us scheduled and the inspection done. The report was ready first thing the next morning. The report was color coded, easy to read/understand, included lots of pics, and IR Camera views! He is always available to answer any questions we may have. I couldn’t ask for better service!
Chris did a fantastic job inspecting a potential 1920’s home purchase of mine. He took his time and was beyond thorough. In the end, I did not feel rushed commenting and asking specific questions in regards to his findings, of which he was able to answer knowledgeably on the spot.

While I was not able to be present during the inspection of my ‘future’ home, I know Brian took his time doing the job. He spent 2 hours going from room to room as well as a complete exterior inspection. He was incredibly thorough! It wasn’t to long before I had a very detailed inspection report emailed to me. Brian completed our home inspection last week. We are moving to Savannah from Ohio and needed to have a good inspection of our new home.
