Through both home inspections, both of them were very thorough, very communicative, and gave detailed reports. I don’t think much gets by them. In comparison to the first home inspection I did with another company, Highland just did a more thorough inspection and you come away knowing more about the home you’re about to move into. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Andy was INCREDIBLY thorough and in a different league than the inspector we had for our last home purchase. If you want to know every little thing about a property to make it perfect, he’s your guy. Beyond being knowledgable, he was personable and pleasant and more than willing to explain things as he went in terms we could easily understand. It was really reassuring to learn what presented safety issues versus cosmetic versus personal preference, he was great about giving context and perspective. There was a scheduling miscommunication on the day of our inspection (which was not at all his fault) and he shifted around his remaining appointments for the day to help us out. We so appreciated his flexibility and detailed report (with an amazingly quick turnaround time), high recommend him!
