HIP Home Inspection Service

I had Richard of HIP Services inspect a house for me. I am living in a different state and rather than flying to NH to see a house, I enlisted him to be my eyes for me.I could not be more pleased!!! He was soooo thorough and his pricing was fantastic. Not to mention he was very easy to work with…I set up an appt for him to inspect one house, and ended up switching to a completely different house to have him inspect instead a few days before the appt. He totally rolled with it for me and was very understanding. I will definitely use him again.

I worked with Rick for a home that was sold by owner – it wasn’t required but it was a great idea. He was able to point me to risks with the time but also things I could do to improve the home over time. Highly recommend!

i had richard inspect a house i was considering renting …. windows, etc. as well as possible problems down the line (water, mold, and such) …. alas, i disregarded his report and went ahead with taking the house because of aesthetics and location.

i had richard inspect a house i was considering renting …. he pointed out issues with the heating system, windows, etc. as well as possible problems down the line (water, mold, and such) …. alas, i disregarded his report and went ahead with taking the house because of aesthetics and location, something i regret …. had i heeded what i was told i’d have had fewer cold nights, no bugs, spent less money, and had potable water …. i will most certainly hire HIP again on my next move and will listen to what he says this time!

While negotiating with the seller , I opted to get a home inspection. HIP provided a very thorough report which resulted in me having a better bargaining position. Because of this report, I was able to negotiate 10% off the seller’s previous final offer. Very professional services and I would definitely recommend!
