I have seen home inspectors and their write-ups before. I have to say I was blown away by how good these people performed! Right down to a hinge on a back door was missing a screw. This company is the real deal. I will use them every time.
I have recommend this company to many of my clients over the years. This is a well run company. They are always professional, knowledgeable, affordable and a pleasure to work with. If you need a home inspector this is the one you should call.
We hired HIBS for home inspection to protect us from falling into any major disasters such as the “Money Pit” upon purchase of our new home. We purchased from out of state and relied heavily on findings of the inspector to determine whether or now we would purchase the home. Inspection did not annotate any major findings regarding water leaks or damage.
HIBS did the inspection on a house we are looking to purchase. The process was so convenient- from the text message scheduling & communication, to the speed at which we received the completed inspection report. They were prompt, efficient, friendly, thorough, and quick. We had our very thorough inspection report the next day! I highly recommend this company!
I spoke with Mallori to set up my home inspection and she was very helpful and willing to answer an questions I had. I can say the same thing about Tony who did the inspection itself. He was great! As a first time home buyer I wasn’t sure what to expect but after working with HIBS I learned a great deal and appreciate their quick service and diligent work. Would HIGHLY recommend them!
Commercial Property, Pre Purchase Inspection. Inspection of 170+ year old building. 4400 sq ft renovation of a historic home converted to office space & apartment on second floor. Arrived early, was familiar with the structure and typical challenges. They were methodical from crawl space to roof, interior, exterior and mechanicals. 5-6 hours of work and the report was thorough and clear and available within 24 hours. Outstanding.
