This is a 5 star review coming from a realtor who uses John quite frequently. I always give my buyer multiple options and they always seem to choose John. Here’s just one of the many reasons why. As an agent I don’t want just an inspector, I want someone who’s knowledgeable and who offers advice when the situation calls for it. He was scheduled to inspect a house for my buyers this morning (that was not turn key and hadn’t been lived in for 20 years). The water was supposed to be turned on by a city worker, but when John started his inspection he found that the plumbing hadn’t even been hooked up from the outside of the house to the connects below
