First I would like to say, I did not expect to LEARN so much! My inspectors name was Jonathan and I have to say he is a class act and truly cares about what he does for a living. His professionalism and knowledge are admirable. He gave me some great tips for our windows and insight on what we can do about a sink in the bathroom. Also learned so many other cool things because of the tools they use to give a thorough inspection. I am also impressed with the technology they use to keep customers informed and in the loop. With times being the way they are they took the time and measures to keep a safe environment and even offered a virtual walk through. They are up with the times and using every resource to make the process so enjoyable and simple. I would recommend Home Inspection Geeks to ANYONE that is in the market to buy a home and needs an inspection done before the purchase, heck… I would even recommend to use them if you already have a home.

They were able to book me within a few days of reaching out. They showed up on time and had a lot of measures in place to be safe during COVID. The report was much better looking than any other I’ve had before. Inspection was on a Friday morning, report was done and looking great Monday morning. Highly recommend, communication was and is great. They contacted my agent, myself, sent reminders and followed up with me after the fact.

Jonathan was great! We are doing a major renovation and Jonathan was extremely helpful. He was patient when explaining things to us and thorough in his inspection. Great value! Would highly recommend.
