I choose this company and not someone else that was charging me less. I did not end up buying this home and I will be calling Universal Inspect to inspect the next property I find.
This Home Inspection company is reliable, hard working and most important for me is honest. I was not able to be there for the the home inspection due to work, but Brett the inspector gave me a call right after the inspection and told me a little on what he found.
