Our head inspector comes equipped with certification from American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) the most respected professional association for home inspectors in North America. ASHI certified home inspectors must pass the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE) which tests the home inspectors competence and knowledge. We also hold residential building and uniform plumbing certificates with the International Code Council (ICC) the oldest nationwide construction code credentialing program.
